I emailed them and they got back to me with clear return instructions, which helped. I sent the hoodie back, and once they received it, the refund hit my account within a few days.

It ended up being easy and there wasn’t any back-and-forth or chasing them down. I’ll admit I went in not fully trusting the process, but this experience made me feel a lot better about ordering from them again

I didn’t have to waste my time chasing support or sitting around for extra days, which I really appreciated. I used brucespringsteen.store to look around for a shirt, it was straightforward. The pages loaded fine for me, and the menu made sense, so I wasn’t, like, wandering around the site trying to figure out where everything was.
I guess the only thing I’d say is that the product filters could be a little better, especially for sizes. But checkout was simple enough, and overall I had a good experience. I’d probably use it again

The shirt feel really nice and the print was holding up good so far. I do think it cost a bit more than I wanted, but overall I’m happy with it.

I just ordered a t-shirt from Bruce Springsteen , and while the print looks totally fine, the sizing was a little off for me. I went with my usual size, but when I tried it on, it felt tighter around the chest than I expected, so that’s kind of the main thing I’m remembering right now.
The length was okay, so I ended up keeping it, but if I ordered again I’d probably size up. It’s not a bad shirt, especially since the design looks good, but since I just dealt with the fit issue, it doesn’t feel like the best buy for the price...

Shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but accuracy-wise they nailed it. I’d definitely order again, no biggie.

The prices were decent for official Bruce merch. Shipping tacked on a little more than I hoped, but it still felt worth it overall. My only real complaint is my timing was terrible, of course I ordered right before there might be a sale. I’d probably buy again, just hopefully at a better time next round.

I found a good mix of Bruce stuff, like shirts, hoodies, and a few fun extras. I did like the selection overall, but it was a little frustrating that some sizes were already missing when I looked. Still, not a bad place to browse if you’re a fan.
